Art Prints Refund & Return Policy

Thank you so much for supporting Mark of the Monark! We take great care with every print we create, and we want you to be thrilled with your purchase.

Here’s what you need to know:

1. Custom & Digital Prints

  • Custom orders and digital downloads are final sale. We can’t offer refunds for these, so please double-check details before purchasing.

2. Damaged or Defective Prints

  • If your print arrives damaged or has a defect, contact us within 7 days of receiving it.
  • Please send a photo so we can see what happened.
  • We’ll happily replace the print or issue a full refund, including shipping.

3. Shipping & Handling

  • We carefully package all prints, but if damage occurs during shipping, we’ll make it right.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of damage or errors on our part.

4. Incorrect Orders

  • If we accidentally send the wrong item, we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Original Art Refund & Return Policy

1. All Original Art is Final Sale

  • Since each piece is unique, all sales of original art are final.
  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for original artwork, so please review all details before purchasing.

2. Damaged or Lost Art in Transit

  • We take great care in packaging all originals, but if your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Send a photo of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement if possible or work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
  • If a piece is lost in transit, we will assist with the carrier and ensure your purchase is protected.

3. Shipping & Handling

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of damage caused by the carrier or errors on our part.
