1. Processing & Preparation Time
- All orders are carefully prepared and packaged, which takes 1–2 weeks before shipping.
- Fine Art Prints: Typically shipped within 1–2 weeks.
- Original Art: Each piece is carefully packaged and shipped within 1–2 weeks.
- Custom or personalized orders may take longer; we’ll provide an estimated shipping date at checkout.

3. Packaging & Care
- Prints are carefully rolled or packaged with protective materials to prevent damage.
- Original artwork is padded and secured to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
4. Tracking & Notifications
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
- Please allow 1–2 business days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with a photo of the damage.
- We will work with you and the carrier to replace or refund damaged items as appropriate.
- Lost packages will be handled in coordination with the carrier to ensure your purchase is protected.
